Engraving machine failure see tricks and demolition series: Z-axis out of control
The friends who have operated the engraving machine know that the three main axes of the engraving machine are the x, y, and z axes, so that any one of them will affect the overall normal operation. The previous section describes the causes of the x-axis and y-axis faults and the corresponding emergency measures. Since the z-axis situation is more complicated, this time alone the z-axis.
Reason (1): Human error, including the physical limit of 150 mm beyond the z-axis activity;
“See the move” solution: work in strict accordance with the specifications of the manual.
Cause (2): The control card is faulty;
"See the move" solution: first check if the control card is plugged in, if not loose, you need to replace the new card.
Reason (3): poor contact of the z-axis motor line;
"See the move" solution: test the motor line power status with an electric pen and repair the problematic parts;
Cause (4): Inverter or static interference;
"See the move" solution: If it is static interference, you can buy an ion wind copper rod to release static electricity before each boot;
If it is the inverter interference, you can first change the fundamental frequency of the inverter, which can be set in the inverter parameters. The analysis may be that the fundamental frequency of the inverter is exactly the same as the sampling frequency of the pt100 temperature inspection instrument, so it is necessary to skip the fundamental frequency of the inverter and try this frequency band. Nothing can be done according to the second floor. The second floor is also reasonable. The shielding and grounding of the inverter is not good.
Cause (5) The computer system of the engraving machine is poisoned, resulting in an error in the predetermined path;
"See the tricks and tricks" solution: buy regular anti-virus software to cycle anti-virus, to ensure that the system is running normally.
In addition to the above five points, there are many details that are worth exploring. As the space is not repeated here, the details can be further communicated with our technical staff.
